Important: These Terms govern the use of MekryPro and the MekryPro Tracker app. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

These Terms apply to the MekryPro service and related applications (including mobile use). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service description

MekryPro is a job-site management tool that may include job sites, customers, time tracking, materials, reports, photos/documents, and an optional driving log / location tracking feature.

3. Accounts and access

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Company accounts use role-based access.
  • We may restrict access if we detect misuse or security risk.

4. Acceptable use

  • You may use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Prohibited: unauthorized access, malware, abusing the service, or attempting to access other users' data.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload or enter (including customer data, images, documents).

5. Content and intellectual property

  • The software and interface are owned by the provider or licensors.
  • You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (storage, backups, display within the service).

6. Subscriptions and payments

  • Paid features depend on the selected plan.
  • Payments are processed via a payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store card details.
  • You can cancel your subscription in the billing area; cancellation takes effect according to the billing cycle.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update and modify the service to improve features and security.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or business interruption.

9. Termination

  • You may stop using the service and request account deletion.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts if Terms are violated or security is threatened.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes should be primarily resolved through good-faith discussions.
