2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the MekryPro service and its features (including job sites, customers, time tracking, materials, photos and documents, and optional driving log / location tracking if enabled).

3. Personal data we process

• Account data: name, email, phone (if provided), language, role, company/organization.
• Login & security data: logs (e.g., sign-ins), session identifiers, IP address, device/browser signals, security settings (e.g., 2FA enabled/disabled).
• Work data: job site data, your customer data (entered by you), time entries, quantities, reports, photos and documents.
• Trips & location (optional): trip start/end, distance, route/location, only if you enable the feature and grant permissions.
• Billing data: subscription status and billing records (we do not store card details).

4. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service (contract): accounts, core functionality, storage and synchronization.
• Security and abuse prevention (legitimate interests): logs, access control, technical monitoring.
• Billing and subscriptions (contract/legal obligation): subscription and payment-related processing.
• Improvement and reliability (legitimate interests): error logs and performance monitoring.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage to keep the service functional (login, language selection, security). We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell data for advertising.

6. Sharing and processors

We do not share personal data with third parties without a valid basis. We may use service providers (hosting, email, payment processing) to deliver the service.

• Payments: Stripe (PCI-DSS). We never store card details.
• Hosting & infrastructure: hosting and network providers.

7. Retention

• Account and content data is retained for as long as the account/service relationship exists.
• Security and technical logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
• Statutory accounting records are retained as required by law.

8. Location data (driving / tracking)

Location/route data is collected only if you enable tracking and grant permissions. You can disable tracking in device and/or app settings.

9. Your rights

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Delete data where applicable (subject to legal obligations).
• Object to or restrict processing in certain cases.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
